Er liefert einen interessanten \u00dcberblick \u00fcber Entwicklung und Ausdifferenzierung der sich mit Kommunikation, Sprache und Diskurs besch\u00e4ftigenden deutschsprachigen Managementforschung. Hier das Abstract:<\/p>\n<p><em>This paper provides a systematic overview of communication-centered approaches in German management research. Five distinctive streams of research are identified and their particularities revealed. Each of these streams is based on the writings of an eminent European philosopher or sociologist \u2013 namely, Ludwig Wittgenstein, Niklas Luhmann, J\u00fcrgen Habermas, John Austin and Michel Foucault. In line with the \u201cTeutonic intellectual style\u201d (Galtung) the research is thereby primarily conceptual-theoretical where empirical data is primarily used as illustration rather than as a means of theory building or testing.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In eigener Sache sei dabei erw\u00e4hnt, dass eigene Arbeiten sowie ein Teil meiner mit den Kollegen Thomas Steger und Olaf Kranz (Universit\u00e4t Regensburg) verfassten, inzwischen auch schon etwas \u00e4lteren Publikationen \u00fcber den Diskurs der Mitarbeiterkapital-beteiligung, Aufnahme fanden. Das war dann doch eine freudige Sache:<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" data-angle=\"0\" data-font-name=\"g_font_42_0\" data-canvas-width=\"391.2933519916535\">&#8222;The fifth research stream, which comprises a number of empirical studies by Ronald Hartz and his colleagues (Hartz, 2009; Hartz, Kranz, &amp; Steger, 2009a, 2009b), is based on the works of Michel Foucault (1973, 1991). In contrast to the other four streams described above, the focus here is not so much on the communication within or between organizations but on the<\/div>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" data-angle=\"0\" data-font-name=\"g_font_42_0\" data-canvas-width=\"173.73334161758424\">societal macrodiscourses, which bring forth certain organizational forms and phenomena.
