Internationale Degrowth Tagung f\u00fcr \u00f6kologische Nachhaltigkeit und soziale Gerechtigkeit statt. Ein Ber\u00fchrungspunkt des Diskurses \u00fcber Postwachstum (Decroissance) zur Organisationsforschung liegt in der Frage nach alternativen Arbeits- und Organisationsformen. So findet sich ein starkes Interesse an den Praktiken und Perspektiven von Kooperativen (worker cooperatives etc.). Einen kleinen Beitrag zur Tagung liefern Irma Rybnikova und ich selbst mit der Pr\u00e4sentation von Ergebnissen einer ersten Vorstudie zu &#8222;Partizipationspraktiken in Genossenschaften&#8220;, welche inzwischen in ein gr\u00f6\u00dferes, von der Hans-B\u00f6ckler-Stiftung gef\u00f6rdertes Projekt gem\u00fcndet ist.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn ich es recht sehe, findet eine systematische Reflexion \u00fcber so etwas wie eine &#8222;postwachstumsorientierte Organisation&#8220; in der Organisationsforschung nicht statt.
