Zusammenfassung:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Der Essay geht von der Beobachtung aus, dass trotz der Allgegenwart von Kritik die kritische
\nPraxis sich auf einem notorisch schwankenden Grund befindet sowie angesichts propagierter
\ngesellschaftlicher\u00a0 Alternativlosigkeiten\u00a0 und\u00a0 eines\u00a0 herrschenden\u00a0 zynischen\u00a0 Bewusstseins\u00a0 als
\nein eher naives und tr\u00fcbsinniges Gesch\u00e4ft erscheint. Mit Blick auf die Organisationsforschung
\nwerden deshalb mit der immanenten Kritik, der an Foucault anschlie\u00dfenden Genealogie sowie
\nder welterschlie\u00dfenden Kritik drei Perspektiven kritischer Organisationsforschung diskutiert,
\nwelche der kritischen Praxis sch\u00e4rfere Konturen verleihen. Mit der welterschlie\u00dfenden Kritik,
\nwelche sich der Sichtbarmachung von Heterotopien, von anderen und alternativen Formen des
\nOrganisierens widmet, wird eine kritische Praxis vorgeschlagen, welche den Gegensatz von
\nAffirmation\u00a0 und\u00a0 permanenter\u00a0 Kritik\u00a0 unterl\u00e4uft\u00a0 und\u00a0 so\u00a0 zu\u00a0 einer\u00a0 Revitalisierung\u00a0 von\u00a0 Kritik
\nbeitragen kann.<\/p>\n

\npractice\u00a0 is\u00a0 on\u00a0 a\u00a0 notoriously\u00a0 fluctuating\u00a0 ground.\u00a0 Even\u00a0 more\u00a0 the\u00a0 propagated\u00a0 lack\u00a0 of\u00a0 social
\nalternatives\u00a0 and\u00a0 a\u00a0 dominant\u00a0 cynical\u00a0 consciousness\u00a0 turns\u00a0 critique\u00a0 to\u00a0 a\u00a0 rather\u00a0 naive\u00a0 and\u00a0 dull business.\u00a0 Regarding\u00a0 organizational\u00a0 research,\u00a0 the\u00a0 perspectives\u00a0 of\u00a0 immanent\u00a0 criticism,
\nFoucault’s\u00a0 genealogy,\u00a0 and\u00a0 critique\u00a0 as\u00a0 world-disclosure\u00a0 are\u00a0 discussed\u00a0 to\u00a0 give\u00a0 the\u00a0 critical
\npractice sharper outlines. With world-disclosure devoted to the visualization of heterotopies,
\nthat is of alternative forms of organization, a critical practice is suggested which undermines
