\"Aesthetik_und_Organisation_Cover\"<\/a>Ende vergangenen Jahres ist der von Werner Nienh\u00fcser (Universit\u00e4t Duisburg-Essen), Matthias R\u00e4tzer (Technische Universit\u00e4t Chemnitz) und mir herausgegebene Band zum Verh\u00e4ltnis von \u00c4sthetik und Organisation erschienen.<\/p>\n

Die Beitr\u00e4ge des Bandes diskutieren die \u00c4sthetisierung und Inszenierung von Arbeit, Organisation und Management im Kontext der Diagnose eines \u00e4sthetischen Kapitalismus, einer fortschreitenden Kulturalisierung der \u00d6konomie und des Aufstiegs kreativer, immaterieller und \u00e4sthetischer Arbeit. Unternehmen, Arbeitsprozesse, Produkte und Dienstleistungen geraten zunehmend in den Fokus \u00e4sthetischer Gestaltung \u2013 es geht um Aussehen, Ausstrahlung, Glanz und Atmosph\u00e4re. Der Band thematisiert dabei auch problematische Effekte einer \u00d6konomisierung des \u00c4sthetischen und einer \u00c4sthetisierung der \u00d6konomie und erschlie\u00dft somit neue Perspektiven f\u00fcr eine kritische Organisationsforschung.<\/p>\n
