Unsere empirische Studie \u00fcber Partizipationspraktiken in Genossenschaften ist nun nochmals in Buchform beim LIT Verlag erschienen. Als Forschungsprojekt gef\u00f6rdert von der Hans-B\u00f6ckler-Stiftung, konnten wir in 14 Fallstudien von Genossenschaften verschiedener Gr\u00f6\u00dfe, Branche und Ausrichtung unterschiedliche Praktiken und Muster der Mitsprache von Mitgliedern und ArbeitnehmerInnen rekonstruieren. Weder kommt es dabei zwangsl\u00e4ufig zu einer Erosion von Partizipation, etwa durch ein Wachstum der Genossenschaft, noch sind Genossenschaften an sich demokratische(r) Organisationsformen. Partizipation ist bei kleinen Genossenschaften an konkrete Projekte gekn\u00fcpft, kann als Mittel zum Zweck managementgelenkt oder kundenorientiert sein, kann sich jedoch durchaus auch in einem Wertehorizont \u00f6kologischer und sozialer Ziele entfalten und erhalten.
